At IT-NetLogistics we take it a step further by allowing our clients to enjoy the use of our help desk in the areas they choose at no additional cost to them.

Our clients can access our help desk through our CRM package for order processing and tracking and for connecting directly to IT-NetLogistics. We do not offer our help desk services as a stand alone product. In order have access to our help desk services, you must first be a service client of IT-NetLogistics. We are pleased to provide our clients with branch office technical guidance and support.

Our dispatch center works closely with our help desk to ensure that when a technical dispatch is required that the problem is well defined and the technician selected for the repair is fully capable of resolving the issue. Our field technicians work closely with our help desk personnel to insure the timely resolution of onsite repair services.
